Two ways to trade with us
You buy and resell
For jewellers buying stones for their own customers. One price per stone — yours, with your trade rate already applied. Order against a prepaid balance and resell at whatever you choose.
You sell on commission
For agents selling to their own clients. We set the selling price, you sell at it, and you earn an agreed percentage on every stone. Commission is tracked per order and paid on a settled schedule.

Questions we get asked
Why can’t I see prices before applying?
These are trade prices. Publishing them would put them in front of retail buyers and the people you compete with, which is not in your interest or ours.
How long does approval take?
Usually one to two working days once we have your documents. If something is missing we email you rather than reject the application.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum stone count or value. Terms are set per account, so if you need something specific, raise it when you apply.
How do I pay?
Accounts run on a prepaid balance. You load credit by bank transfer, card or USDT and it is drawn down as you order. Payment terms can be arranged per account.
What happens after I place an order?
We re-check the stone is still available and the price still holds, then confirm and ship. If a stone has gone in the meantime the order is cancelled and your balance returned in full.
Can I order stones that aren’t in the search?
Yes. Send the specification and we will source against it.
